Welcome to Queer as Traveler! By accessing or using our website and booking services, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot on the trip. All prices are listed in USD. Once payment is completed, your reservation is confirmed and non-refundable.

  • Please review all trip details carefully before completing your purchase, as bookings cannot be transferred to another person or applied toward future trips.

  • In the unlikely event of trip cancellation by Queer as Traveller, guests will receive a full refund.

  • Single occupancy requests must be made in advance via email or phone.

2. Changes & Cancellations

  • Pricing, availability, and itineraries are subject to change without notice.

  • Certain activities may be modified or canceled due to weather, local conditions, or safety concerns.

  • Queer as Traveler is not responsible for acts of nature, airline delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Refund Policy

  • Payments are refundable only if the trip is canceled by Queer as Traveler.

  • Once the final payment is made, refunds are not guaranteed unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation.

4. Traveler Conduct

We promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment.
Discriminatory, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or fellow travelers may result in removal from the tour without refund.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Queer as Traveler acts only as an intermediary between travelers and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transportation companies, etc.). We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense caused by these suppliers or unforeseen circumstances.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and branding on this site are the property of Queer as Traveler and may not be used without permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
